*Dula Daluyan '98* A national theater festival *Sinekab* Film Showing	Feb. 6 - 8	Fort Santiago Intramuros, Manila Tanghalang Leandro V. Locsin - NCCA Bldg., Intramuros, Manila	PETA, Metropolitan Teen Theater League (MTTL), Children and Youth Foundation of the Phils., Intramuros Administration PETA and NCCA Cinema Program	With the theme Kabataan, Kultura at Karapatan sa Kinabukasan, the festival will feature original performances from different drama groups from provate and public high schools that are members of MTTL network, starting-off with a Sunduan parade around Intramuros on Feb. 6 Film Showing with symposium with topics that cover History (Luzon), Environment (Visayas), and Youth Contemporary Issues (Mindanao)

*Arts Festival '98* Sandaang Taon ng Himagsikan	Feb. 9 - 13	University of the Philippines - Diliman, Quezon City	UP Diliman Student Council and NCCA	Theater, dance, voice and music workshops that feature the arts and culture that came about during the times of the Philippine revolution.
